I love the Samoes & thank God that I have not had the knock at the door this year because Girl Scout cookies & being 31 weeks pregnant would not go over well at all!!
ReplyDeleteSamoas are my favorite. Somehow I have managed to keep 2 boxes in the house without devouring them! There is no doubt that they will be gone by Monday as the husband and I will be on the couch cuddling and snacking all weekend lol =)
ReplyDeleteTagalongs are my faves.....although they started calling them "Peanut Butter Patties" or something a few years ago, and they haven't tasted as good. : /
ReplyDeleteCaramel Delights which are also known as the Samoes. I've seen the girl scouts selling cookies on my way home from work but thanksfully i've never had the money on me to buy any lol.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Thin Mint girl!! :)
ReplyDeleteSamoas!! And Thin Mints, and Tagalongs, and.... :)
ReplyDeleteTagalongs are one of my favs also. In fact I make my own version...it's really easy! http://www.jerseygirlcooks.com/2011/02/chocolate-covered-peanut-butter.html
ReplyDeleteThin mints... I don't think I've ever not eaten a whole box
ReplyDeletehahah you crack me up! I love your honesty, I think every girl can relate to wanting to inhale a box of cookies. Here's some honesty for you: I got home one day last week, made a batch of brownies and before putting them in the oven, literally sat on my couch and ate about a 1/4th of the batter - YUM and GROSS at the same time! Felt like a super pig after the fact. Yet still went and had a brownie (or two) for dessert!
ReplyDeleteThin Mints for sure! The best way to eat them is to put them in the freezer and eat them cold, or crush them up over vanilla ice cream! Yum, thankfully this year I have yet to recieve a box, I don't know if my weight watchers could handle it!
ReplyDeletePS - Your hair looks super cute in this pic!!
Tagalongs are my favorite thing in the whole world. And the boxes are so darn small! It's really not our fault if we eat a whole box, is it?
ReplyDelete(P.S. Did you cut your hair???)
(P.S.S. I accidentally posted these comments as my husband. Sorry.)
ReplyDeleteTagaolongs! For sure!!! I have a box in my fridge right now and I've been pacing myself all week! =)
ReplyDeleteI've always loved Tagalongs (with thin mints coming in as a close second!), but I was so shocked when I moved from Oklahoma to Missouri and found that the Girl Scouts here call them "peanut butter patties." How boring! I've also noticed that Girl Scout cookies in MO come in foil packing, but the OK cookies are in plastic packing. Who knew? :)
ReplyDeleteSamoas! And Thin Mints are my second fave :)
ReplyDeleteTagalongs! And Samoas! And frozen Thin Mints! They're all so good...my mother-in-law just brought us 10 boxes of cookies. That's on top of the 6 my husband's grandma just gave us. I think they're plotting to fatten us up for something...
ReplyDeleteThin mints!! I ordered FOUR boxes this year (lord help me) and haven't received them yet. I think that little girl is holding out on me.
ReplyDeleteCabin Fever in Vermont
FROZEN thin mints. That's right. Throw the bag in the freezer (well, not really, 'cuz then you'll just have frozen crumbs).
ReplyDeleteRidiculous deliciousness. :)
Caramel delights!
ReplyDeleteTagalongs are my FAVORITE!! DANGEROUS!
ReplyDeleteSamoas and Thin Mints, hands down! Whether straight from the box at room temp or by freezing the thin mints first, I love them both.
ReplyDeleteI've never had a tagalong, but you make them sounds so good! I am a thin mint-aholic, admittedly. :)
ReplyDeleteoooh yum. those are a close contender, but i LOVE thin mints and the lemonades (shortbread with lemon icing) - yummy!
ReplyDeleteThin mints...frozen, a sleeve at a time. Mmmm. I love them!
ReplyDeleteFrozen thin mints and I think the peanut butter ones I like are called Do Si Do's or something similar.
ReplyDeleteI ate 2 boxes of cookies in 4 days!!! Now, I'm refusing to buy anymore...
Oh, girl scout cookies-- they are the BEST... and the worst!
ReplyDeleteDid you cut your hair? It looks so sassy and cute in that pic!
I haven't bought a single box this year. I never came across a girl scout. I did however, find ice cream at Target with samoas in it. YUMMY! The carton says they have tagalongs in ice cream form too. Target didn't have it, but I wish they did. It sounds oh so good.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving your new hair cut! It looks so good straight!
Definitely somas and thin mints! Love them! Oh and the penut butter ones too. What are those? I can't remember but I love 'em?!
ReplyDeleteBought 3 boxes Saturday, at the grocery store. Thin Mints, Samoes, & Tagalongs.
ReplyDeleteTie between the Tagalongs and Thin Mints.
Never been into eating girl scout cookies - maybe had two my entire life!
ReplyDeleteSamoas are Carmel Delights
ReplyDeleteTagalongs are Peanutbutter Patties
Trifoils are Shortbreads
DoSiDos are Peanut Butter Sandwich cookies
It depends on who makes them what they are called so in different parts of the country they are called different things. There is your lesson on girl scout cookies. I just have to say I appreciate all of you buying our delectable cookies. It makes it so our girls can do so many fun things. This year the girls are planning a 3 day mexican cruise, going to seaworld. They have also done things like go to disneyland and to the snow to camp in cabins!
Thanks to you and all your fellow readers for your support our girls appreciate it!!!
Thin Mint girl all the way. I buy boxes and boxes and keep them in the freezer. Yum.
ReplyDeleteI love the lemon chalets and the trefoil shortbread cookies! Yum.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I just finished off 4 boxes of Girl Scout cookies in a pretty short time... they're sooo good!
Just found your blog and am following. (:
Do I have to choose just ONE favorite??? Thin Mints all the way. And more specifically. Thin mints cold from the freezer. Hmm.. I should probably go have a few...
