Christmas at Glam*Mama's: The Table & Christmas Eve

Welcome to a Downton Abbey Christmas.

Mom went all out making the most elaborate tablescape to date!







Gorgeous.





We dined off of fancy china, using fancy silverware, and drinking out of fancy goblets.  It was right out of Downton.  :)







Our favors were these beautiful Christmas trees encased in a glass globe.  Perfect.





Her flower arrangements were spot on and overflowing.  Simply gorgeous!





If it were up to me, my table would be set like this at all times and never changed. :)





Seriously, I could never tire of it!

I took a billion pictures of it and can't bring myself to delete a single one because it was just so PRETTY.



It was the perfect table to set the tone for the evening.  Just beautiful.



My Mom, Sis-in-Law and I really wanted to rent period costumes to really get into the theme, but time got away from us so we just all wore lace instead.  :)





The ladies were the only ones to dress up.  Well, and we made the little children, too.  Haha!



So, basically everyone but the guys.  Haha!





Meltdowns were had by all.



I called my Mom "Lady Terry" (instead of Lady Mary) all night. HA!

And here is my precious Ezra blowing the candle out on Jesus' birthday cake!!



We sang Silent Night and Happy Birthday to Jesus with the kids and it was such a special time.  Glam*Mama had THEM tell HER the story of His birth before we did the cake and it was just the sweetest thing.  They get it.  They really do!  And it's just precious.  I'm happy I caught it on video!

Mom ordered us ladies special Downton-y gowns and robes and they were so beautiful!  I feel so fancy when I wear them!  We were supposed to wear them the night before Christmas Eve, but wanted to wait for Grandma to get in so we could wear them with her.







We took our picture in these and then promptly turned around and joined the rest of the family in our matching jammies!  Ha!  We love a photo-op!!!
