Levi was so excited about turning four! He knew exactly what kind of cake he wanted, what he wanted to do, and what gifts he would like to receive. He's a planner, that little one!
(Here he is on his real birthday, May 30th. He calls it his "original birthday" since we were celebrating with family on a different day. Ha! Cake and donuts compliments of Glam*Ma! Daddy had brought him donuts before work that morning and then Glam*Ma showed up with a dozen more! He was in donut/cake heaven!)
We didn't do a big birthday party this year with lots of people just because we've been on the go since April, barely home at all, and we wanted to do something low key/easy this year. Especially since we just got back from his dream vacation - that was the ultimate birthday present! :)
Now that he's getting older, going to DO things for birthdays is much more fun!
So, we planned on taking all the family - his cousins, aunt/uncle and grandparents (one set is out of the country), to Incredible Pizza, Big Splash (a water park), and then back to our house for cake. Little did we know storms were rolling in and it was much too cold to go to Big Splash. So, we opted for the zoo. And then it rained and rained. So ... we finally ended up at the Aquarium. It turned out to be a great day and everyone had lots of fun!
(The Cheater Cheater Pumpkin Eater was tip toeing!)
(There we go! Actual height!)
I did the kitchen table up for him like I do for them on most holidays and he requested a Lightning McQueen cake, so I loaded up on fun Cars party favors and decor that I thought he would enjoy. It was the easiest/cheapest party I've ever planned (ordered everything in less than 20 minutes online, and then made a quick run to Party City), and probably his favorite. Haha! Of course. Isn't that how it always works? He LOVED it and didn't want me to take it down. :)
Maybe I'll just redo my kitchen in Lightning McQueen. What'cha think?
(Before the cake came. We had a cake disaster that day. I went IN the store to order a Lightning McQueen cake and went to pick it up the day of the party and it was a Toy Story cake. No Cars anywhere. And let me tell you, it was the weirdest looking Toy Story cake I've ever seen. It was simply bizarre. Long story short, they made us a new one and we picked it up after the Aquarium. So we had two big cakes. HA! It was ridonk.)
LOVE this boy!!
Ezra is so funny. He woke up from a nap and saw Violet laying there and he went over and plopped himself down right next to her and just stayed there. Hilarious!
We ended the day busting open a pinata ... probably the highlight for the boys.
And when Ezra caught a glimpse of the suckers falling from the sky, he lept out of Glam*ma's arms and started grabbing all he could. Sweets for the sweet!
Such a fun day celebrating such a fun little boy!!!

I cannot believe that Levi is 4! He was only a few months old when I first found your blog. It's gone so quick!

Many have come to the conclusion that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies cannot be traced or recovered but it’s incorrect, it can be traced and recovered with the right tools and resources. I was one of those who didn’t believe in it but I was able to recover my Bitcoin after I sent a huge amount to the wrong address with the help of a recovery team called HACK JUDAS. I thought all hope was lost for good but with the intervention of JUDAS, I was able to trace and recover my Bitcoins. Truly remarkable work by HACK JUDAS and I highly recommend their service.
