ReplyDeleteI bought this book yesterday at Target. A friend of mine recommended it. I'm reading Jan Karon's, "Mitford" series. My friend thought "The Shack" would be an interesting companion to those books.
ReplyDeleteWhat did you like about it?
I haven't heard of that, but I am always looking for a good book- going to check it out!
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love this book.
ReplyDeleteI read that on our honeymoon. It, of course, kinda scared me, but you know I'm weird like that. And, that doggie is the cutest little thing!
ReplyDeleteI am reading that book right now! I think it is great.

i just happened upon your blissful blog today and when more time allows i will have to "get to you know better." what fun times! i can tell i will enjoy my time spent looking at your fabulous pics....just saw this picture of "the shack" and had to let you know that my hubby and i give it 2 big thumbs up as well. a group of girls that i went to high school with started a bookclub, when it was my turn to pick the book, it was this one. needless to say the discussion night was fabulous. well, it's 4 p.m. and i have nothing for dinner so i better kick myself into creative gear!! blessings to you from strasburg, pa.
ReplyDeleteThis was the hardest book for me to continue reading, but with the biggest blessing and reward after I pushed through. Since I have a little girl it was all to real for me. It was such a great book about ultimate forgiveness and God's love. Great book!
