7 Little Moments!

This week began with lots of sickness and ended in beautiful days. A good week full of good moments. And here are 7 of them!

Friday, February 17.

We had a family birthday dinner for my grandpa, but I was S.I.C.K. and so Husby and Levi went without me. When they got home, Weebie was showboating for me and daddy.

Saturday, February 18.

I was still very sick and without a voice. We stayed in all day and ventured out that evening for some take out. Husby stopped at this taco truck for his dinner. That is him sitting outside of it! :)

Sunday, February 19.

sun

A sweet moment walking into Church between Husby and Weebs. Love those boys!

Monday, February 20.

mon

This is during our spelling/letter time in the mornings. This is his favorite time of day!

Tuesday, February 21.

We had some grocery shopping to do and Levi and I had a little lunch date before hand. It was during this precious little lunch that I realized just how big my baby is and how he is morphing into my little friend. We had the sweetest conversation during this lunch, and it made me want to do this with him at least once a week. He is such my big boy. I love being his Mommy!

Wednesday, February 22.

It was a gorgeous day outside. We stayed home because we had some delivery guys coming and we had to be home for it, so we played outside a lot and soaked up the rays!

Thursday, February 23.

We had some errands to run, ran into a fun little friend at Chick-fil-A (hey Heather G.!) so we lunched with them and then went to the park after we ran errands. Another gorgeous day!
I am a modern day homemaker with a passion for family, cooking, celebrating, decorating, travel, and memory making! The Lord has blessed me with the desires of my heart in my husband and our two sons. We recently built our dream home and cultivating a loving and happy haven for my family is where I find so much joy.

  1. I love that you do dates with Levi. My son is 16 months and we are super close now, but I do look forward to having conversations with him! You're gonna laugh, but I actually had a dream about meeting you and Levi the other day. We were fitting him for the cutest little suit for a wedding (?), and he was such a little gentleman! It cracked me up that I dreamt about people I've never met IRL. Have a great weekend.

  2. Precious! Will you be homeschooling Levi? Just wondering, since you have him started on letters and words.

  6. I love your blog, it reminds me of when I was a young mom. The greatest gift you are giving levi is his litle brother. Just tonight I was texting with my almost 21 year old son and he was planning on skyping with his 23 year old brother tonight. It means the world to me that they are so close. One is living the successful college graduate life in NY city and one is still toiling away at college but they always make time for each other. My definition of being a successful mother is that no matter how successful my sons ever are, they will always take their brothers call.

Enjoy your sweet boys, the time will fly!!!
