Well guys, I am home from a fabulous five days in the great New York City and tired does not even begin to describe how my body feels!
I want to take this whole week to tell you about my fun filled trip, so be on the look out for celebrity sightings, wonderful food and other exciting things. We went to the City for the BlogHer conference. The conference was good, but the highlights of it included the fabulous girls (bloggy friends) from all over the US that I finally got to meet up with in-real-life.
And the SWAG.

Insanely enough, this wasn't even half of it. Oh me, oh my!
When it finally arrives to my house in the mail (yes, we had to have it SHIPPED HOME), I will take a picture of it all and show you all the free goodies we got. I was flabbergasted. My gracious sakes alive.
I kind of expected the classes to be more informative and more structured than they were. Maybe it was just the ones I attended, I'm not sure. But I got to network with a lot of people and get my business cards in lots of little hands, so that was good.
That, and the hotel room conference rates made the trip entirely worth it! When you get a room a block from Times Square for that rate, it's a little hard to pass up.
Oh, and I was totally on Pioneer Woman's flight on the way up! I stalked her (and Marlboro Man - he's SO nice) down in baggage claim and introduced myself. She was sweeter and nicer than I ever could have imagined. I love her!!
She asked me about my blog and said. it. sounded. familiar. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I died.)
And I choose to believe she meant what she said and she wasn't just trying to make me feel good. Because P-dub would never lie.

(We both got up at 4:30 that morning. That should be a sin.)
We ran into her again at the conference and she said "HI GIRLS!!!!" as we passed her. She totally remembered us. And we are totally BFF.
So, the conference was good, but the rest of the trip was even more exciting. I'll show you what I mean in the posts to come.
