Baby Lovie's Halloween Candy.

Since it is Baby Lovie's first Halloween, he has been subtlety asking for Halloween candy. I gave in tonight and soothed both my belly and his.

With these!

Ever heard of them? They are fantastic. They help ease nausea for pregnant women. One of my best friends told me about them and she also told Mom about them. Mom hopped on the internet as soon as she got home and ordered me five boxes! Sweet Momma always taking care of me.

I got them in the mail last night and I am in love with them.

I gave Husby a few licks and before I knew it, he had it for good. He stole my preggie pop. The little sneakster.

Health wise, it sure beats the Halloween candy I consumed last year!!

This Halloween day, 2008, Baby Lovie is the size of a blueberry!

Well, he is actually probably bigger than that since I am almost to week 8 at this point. But this week, he was busy growing both hemispheres of his sweet little brain! He is generating 100 new cells every minute. Isn't that unreal?

HAPPY HALLOWEEN from Me, Husby and Baby Lovie!! :)

I am a modern day homemaker with a passion for family, cooking, celebrating, decorating, travel, and memory making! The Lord has blessed me with the desires of my heart in my husband and our two sons. We recently built our dream home and cultivating a loving and happy haven for my family is where I find so much joy.

  13. I know about mentioning something to your Mumsy. A casual remark about something and next thing you know-it's right there on your doorstep. She is going to be a wonderful Glamma. Glad the pops are helping with the pukes.

  14. I've never tried the preggo pops, but I wish I had known about them when I was hugging the porcelain throne!! They look delish. Oh, and I laughed when I read your post about Husby's (I almost typed his name!) bike ... Josh just got a dirt bike. Boys and their toys!! Even starting families can't stop them from having their fun! And you're right ... they do look awful cute when on their bikes!

  22. You are so cute !! I love reading your blog...but...I have noticed that you keep calling Baby Lovie a he...he could be a she, not that you want to call it an it...but I called my daughter a he for 9 months (we didn't want to know if it was a he or she) and she ended up being a she and then I felt really bad I kept calling her..him for 9 months. I still love reading about Baby Lovie though, it brings me back to the days I was pregnant with my little ones. Happy Harvest !!!

  25. I ordered those for my daughter too. I hope they work for you longer than they did for her. She also tried the sea sick bands on her wrists. The ultimate was the chemotherapy anti-nausea drug. EXPENSIVE, but it worked for her.
