Christmas Train!

Husby had all of last week off and we jumped right into decorating and celebrating and go-go-go'ing!  We spent Monday decking our halls and making the place festive.  The rest of the week we spent having family fun and celebrating Thanksgiving with both of our families.  It was such a great week.  We were super sad to see him off to work this morning .... life is just more fun with Daddy at home with us!

Saturday morning we had a baby shower for my SIL at one of our favorite little eateries and then that evening my entire family headed out to the Christmas Train!  It is such a special time each year.  The train is amazing and it tells you the story of Christ as you ride around.  It's set in an old western town and it feels like you're stepping back in time.  It's great fun.  And SO MUCH for the kiddies to do.  Here's some photos of our fun (and cold!) evening.

We made sure Ezra was nice and bundled!

There is so much to do that we didn't even get a chance to do it all!  The boys had a blast!

I was trying to get a shot of my brother, his wife, and Maxwell, but as soon as Hollie was getting ready to jump in, they sounded the train whistle and they ran us off! I got one of Luke and Maxwell!

And Mom and Dad!

And us! (Ezra was sleeping!) This photo makes me laugh so hard. I told Levi if he smiled (and didn't make a face or stick out his tongue) that we would go see Santa.  He cheesed it like crazy. HILARIOUS!

Santa's house turned us away because they were too busy, but told us to check back right before closing.  We met Mrs. Claus and Levi asked her to tell Santa that he would like, "a toy roller coaster, a flying helicockter (helicopter), and a Pizza Planet like Maxwell has."  She was super sweet to him!

And wouldn't you know - Santa squeezed us in his schedule later that night.  Sweet Santa!

As soon as Levi entered the room, he took off RUNNING to him and jumped in his lap talking 100mph.  It was the sweetest thing ever.  And Ezra LOVED his beard.  He just kept grabbing it and giggling.  It was so so cute.

Such a sweet time.  We all had a blast!
