Where's Whitney Wednesday.

I interrupt the series of Weebie Wednesday to bring to you Where's Whitney Wednesday....because I am sure you are all at the edge of your seats wondering where I've been.

After all, I haven't updated in three whole days! EMERGENCY! CRISIS! CALL 911!

Seriously, guys, I feel so disconnected when I'm away from blogging. Life has been a little nutso over the past few days. We were out of town for Father's Day festivities, a wedding and other celebrations and then I came down with a not-so-fun little sickness complete with fever, chills, aches, sore throat, cough - the whole 9 yards. And when I'm sick the last thing I think about is getting online.

(And to the sweet girl at Whole Foods who came over to introduce herself and say hello, I just wanted to clarify that I was s-i-c-k at that point and I almost had to leave the store a few times! If I scared you by my ghostly appearance and hunkered down posture, I sincerely apologize. I was at the end of my rope that day and it was all I could do to not collapse. But honestly, it was SO nice meeting you!! I LOVE meeting bloggy friends!!!)

I'm now over the nasties and Husby and I just got home from a fantastic concert by Michael Buble himself. The evening was quite enjoyable and relaxing. A fun evening out on the town, for sure. But now it is past 1 AM, I am sleepy and need to hit the hay.

I just wanted to pop in and say that I'll be back in full force tomorrow, so don't worry your pretty little heads any longer. I'm alive and doing well. I didn't fall off the face of the earth, nor was I abducted by aliens....
It's just that sometimes life gets a little hectic and blogging takes a back seat. But don't worry, it's back up in the passenger seat now riding right along with me.

Ga'night, Lovies!
