Dear Weebie Boy,

Last week, you turned three months old.

I feel like each morning when I wake up and look at your sweet, peaceful little face, you have grown another inch during the night. You are literally growing right before our very eyes, and as I look at pictures of just a few weeks ago, I am astounded by how you have grown.

And flourished.

You are at a wonderfully fun age right now. Everything is funny to you and the world is beginning to intrigue your little mind like it never has before. When I catch your eye from across the room, you give me the biggest, brightest smile - without me even saying a word. You grasp on to me tightly. I feel like you truly know and love me as your Mommy.

There is NOTHING I would rather be, my Love.

You have a new infatuation with stuffed animals. Your favorite being Dumbo that you got at The Disney Store. When I sit him down next to you, you turn your head and smile and talk to him. Yesterday, you tried grabbing his trunk. You love him so much that we went back and bought you a miniature version of him so that you can carry him around with you in your car seat or whatnot. You also love Elmo. And books. And music....you l-o-v-e music. Especially when I sing silly songs to you.

You Sweetheart.

You are so very active these days. You kick your legs and flail your arms with great vigor - especially when fast music is going. It is so very humorous. It looks like you are dancing for Mommy. You stand up so very well with help from us, of course. Your little legs are getting so very strong! You are sitting up like a champion, too - with the help of your BeBePod or a pillow. You love to sit up and look around at everything. You much prefer that to lying down, most of the time.

We practice rolling over a lot. You aren't supposed to do that until next month, but you want to SO badly. When you're on your stomach, you kick like a madman trying to flop yourself over. You are very close.

Love Button.

You discovered your hands on Daddy's birthday - August 23. You were not quite 3 months old yet. You stare at them all the time and sometimes you laugh at them. God made your little hands, Levi. And your little ears. Your little eyes. Your perfect little heart. He made you exactly how He wanted you, Lovie. In His image.

You took your first vacation last week when you were 14 weeks old. You had a ball, and you were such a delight to travel with. You were wagged around all day for 3 whole days and you never complained or grimaced. I was afraid that you would scream in your car seat, but you must have taken a liking to it again. You smiled and cooed the whole time. You saw the play Noah's Ark and you were infatuated with all of the animals! You also built a bear at Build-a-Bear and he was dressed like you.

You are such a handsome gentleman.

You used to not be a morning person, but now whenever you wake up, you are all smiles. You are a very content Little Fellow, and for that, I am so grateful. You got your three month pictures taken last week and my gracious, they are precious! You laughed through the entire photo shoot and everyone kept saying, "what a happy baby you have!"

People say that wherever we go. You are definitely not afraid to throw out your smiles to whoever meets your eye. As I've said from the moment I met you, Little One, you are so very kind.

Your face draws people to you. That is no coincidence, My Dear. The Lord has very special plans for your life. What wonderful things will you do for this world and for His Kingdom?

Only time will tell.

I love you, Precious Lamb. You are the delight of me and Daddy's life.
