7 Little Moments!

I'm so behind on my 7 Little Moments that I'm not even going to try to catch up.  Instead, just starting back up with this week. :)

FRIDAY!

Ezra and a makeup-less (besides the eyeliner from the night before) me while Levi played outside on his new birthday present from his grandparents.  They came to install it that morning and Levi played all afternoon.  It was hot out, hence our rosey cheeks!

SATURDAY!

One of Levi's best buds had his birthday party.  He had a blast playing with his little friends and, of course, having cake.

SUNDAY!

sun-45

We met for a family lunch and then my parents whisked Levi and Cousin Maxwell off to Glam*Ma Camp.  That's a whole post in and of itself.  So fun!

MONDAY!

Spent the day cleaning house and snuggling this little bug.  He enjoyed the undivided attention.

TUESDAY!

Husby worked a 24 hr shift, so me and the little guy were flying solo.  We ran errands and spent a couple hours in Target.  It was a nice, quiet day with a smiley little guy.

WEDNESDAY!

A couple of girlfriends and I arranged for sitters so we could go get pedicures.  The pedis ended up falling through (long story involving groupon) so we went to the show and saw What To Expect When You're Expecting.  So yeah, three mommies get the morning off and what do we do?  Go see a movie about mommies. We just can't stay away. :) (Later, Weebie came home!)

THURSDAY!

We had a simple summer supper.  This is my favorite BBQ chicken sandwich recipe.  Throw in 3 or 4 chicken breasts into the crock pot with a little garlic, 2 Tbls brown sugar, diced onion and a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce for 7 hours and voila - BBQ sandwiches.  Shred before serving!

I am a modern day homemaker with a passion for family, cooking, celebrating, decorating, travel, and memory making! The Lord has blessed me with the desires of my heart in my husband and our two sons. We recently built our dream home and cultivating a loving and happy haven for my family is where I find so much joy.
