Vote!

Be sure to get out to your local ballot booths today, and vote-vote-vote!

I always get so excited to walk in, announce my name, watch them mark it off the list, and head to my secret booth to cast my secret vote. It's so much fun. And of course, this evening is sure to be quite eventful as we watch for the winner!

You've got to watch this video. I'm sure you've seen it on every news station out there by now, but I just love it. The little diddy is just so darn catchy, and I can't get it out of my head!

May the will of our God be done today! I encourage you to cover your decision in prayer before casting your ballot on this very important day.

PSALM 22:27-28
All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD,
And all the families of the nations will worship before You.
For the kingdom is the LORD'S
And He rules over the nations.
I am a modern day homemaker with a passion for family, cooking, celebrating, decorating, travel, and memory making! The Lord has blessed me with the desires of my heart in my husband and our two sons. We recently built our dream home and cultivating a loving and happy haven for my family is where I find so much joy.

  3. Thanks for sharing that video. Sometimes it is good just to remember that we are blessed to live in a nation that gives us the chance to choose our leaders. All we can do is vote our values and rest assured (as the verse says) that the nation is still under God's control!

Congratulations on your little bun in the oven. They are such a precious blessing! Hope you are feeling well!
